Pearls from the Path

Pearls from the Path is my effort to seek and share the beauty that Islam offers. Everything I post here is a reflection of who I am and what I find inspiring in my aspiration to finally achieve a peaceful state amid the clutter of this world. I hope you find it of value, and I pray that you’ll enjoy this journey with me, in sha Allah.

Salamalaykum :) Do you know of any easy translations of the Quran? My English is not really good, and Abdullah Yusuf Ali's translation is too complicated. Jazakillah khayran ukhti!

Wa aleykum salam! :)

In my opinion, the easiest English translation of the Qur’an is, hands down, M.A Abdel Haleem’s. Here is a PDF version so that you may take a look at it, in sha Allah.

If you like the book, I highly recommend you purchase it! It’s especially accessible for non-native English speakers like you and I, whereas it still remains faithful to the message of the Qur’an.

Hope it helps!
